	COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
	Oven: Put the container on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 °C, 350 °F, Gas Mark 4 for 15 to 20 minutes. Note: Starters & Naan Bread only 5 minutes. To heat in a fan assisted or combination oven adjust the heating time by referring to the manufacturers instructions. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving. Microwave: Put the container or Empty container(s) onto a microwavable plate, then apply full power (650w) for 4 to 5 minutes. Reduce time for higher power models. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Note: Starters & Naan Bread only 2 minutes. Saucepan: Empty containers into saucepan and heat slowly for 4 to 5 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving. KEEP REFRIGERATED AFTER PURCHASE Store between 1 °C and 4 °C. Eat within a day of purchase. Home freezing -18 °C. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost and cook within one month. SERVE HOT Microwavable containers available on request. Please specify when placing your order. Dishes are usually served in aluminum foil containers.
